Shooting IDPA Phase Two

Shooting IDPA Phase 2 (International Defensive Pistol Association) will take you to the next level. This class is offered semi annually. This course is designed to increase your shooting ability in a competitive atmosphere. IDPA match shooting is designed to challenge your shooting ability along with your gear selection under stress.

Requirements

• Completed Shooting IDPA Phase 1
• Shot at least 2 SGC IDPA matches
• You must be 16 years of age and or instructors approval
• Ammunition: 200 rounds
• Handgun: minimum caliber.38 / 9mm*
• 3 extra magazines or speed loaders
• Hearing & Eye Protection
• No hard sole shoes
• Comfortable & Appropriate Clothing
• Cover garment
• A quality strong side holster (the holster must be rigid and stable allowing the firearm to be holstered with one hand) No cross draw, shoulder holsters, purses/fanny packs.
• 2 Magazine pouches
• Quality gun belt
• Handguns (semi-automatics or revolvers) can be rented from the Scottsdale Gun Club. Call for more information.
