DESCRIPTION
Learn to be in complete control of one of the most versatile firearms around! This class will cover shotgun terminology, presentation, shooting, reloading, manipulation, and ammunition. You’ll also learn how to effectively use a shotgun as a defensive firearm. We designed this class for the first-time shotgunner so please ask questions in the classroom and on the range. Our goal is that you leave well-equipped to use a shotgun when you need it.

REQUIREMENTS
- Open mind!
- Note-taking equipment
- Eye and hearing protection (available on request)
- Closed-toed shoes
- Shotgun with case (All Shotguns must have a shoulder stock!)
- 25 rounds of buckshot (can be purchased before class at SGC when available, please inquire early)
- 5 rounds of slugs (can be purchased before class at SGC when available, please inquire early)
PREREQUISITES
- Must be 18 years old
**No loaded firearms allowed in the classroom. Please bring them already cleared**
